"Great villa in the heart of Seminyak, yet a peaceful retreat"

The villa is very good, the layout, the facilities, the pool. It's not often a place exceeeds your expectations but this did. My only regret is that it came at the end of our holiday and I'd have loved to have stated longer at the villa

"Not bad ,could be better … you can have a room in a resort with the same price with better service"

Location is close to big supermarket and busy road , quite area at the same time , villa is enjoyable

-The pool tiles are broken , my daughter got hurt , the water was cloudy when the water machine stop. - the breakfast could be better and cleaner

"Relaxing stay"

The villa was in a great location, a short walk to Bintang supermarket yet is was so quiet and peaceful. The villa was very spacious and we enjoyed the open air living area. The AC in both rooms was excellent

The sink in the main bathroom needs replacing, it's very unsightly. A toaster and microwave is needed as well, especially for families with little ones. The lack of pressure in the showers made it extremely difficult to wash your hair.

"Beautiful villa in great location. Staff are excellent."

Great location in Seminyak. We did lots of walking as cabs took a long time due to traffic. The Villa was lovely and the kids loved the pool. The staff were excellent. They were available over WhatsApp whenever you needed something. Breakfast was included with our stay, which we didn’t realise. It was a nice surprise!

We had lots of bugs inside our room but realised the flyscreen was broken. They came and fixed it right away, which solved the problem. Some black mould in bathrooms and on pool lounges. We understand it’s unavoidable in a tropical climate, but still, it’s not great for your health.

The location was very convenient and the villa was nice.

I wish the villa had more facilities to prepare own food. It didn't have a microwave or much cooking utensils

"Great villa in good location."

Location great. Pool deep and clean. Lovely private garden. Nicely furnished. Air conditioning worked well.

Could do with a few more ceiling fans in the dining and seating area.
