Beautiful and cosy apartment in centre

Good located flat

Dirty beds with the hair of previous guests, not enough of pillows and blankets, dirt on the floor. First, the host answered really fast and nice and said that he will call the housecleaning lady, but no one came and we stayed with our hairy bed and no bed stuff… moved out immediately. The flat could me really nice, when the host would bring some soul and care (everything is broken) into this place

Słabe wyposażenie kuchni, tylko dwa kubki, z czego jeden miał oderwane ucho. Mało sztućcy.

Letti molto comodi. Proprietario disponibile, ci ha fatto fare il check-in in anticipo senza problemi visto che l'appartamento era già disponibile. L'appartamento è comunque molto economico, e per il prezzo pagato (circa 50€ a notte) è una buona soluzione.

Pur essendoci 4 posti letti (o anche 6 se contiamo il divano) la casa non è attrezzata per ospitare 4 persone. Non c'è un tavolo dove mangiare né sedie a sufficienza. c'erano solo 3 tazze e 3 forchette. Se vi serve l'appartamento solo per dormire va bene, se si vuole anche utilizzarlo per cenare/fare colazione meglio orientarsi su altro. Il lavello della cucina è molto piccolo, non è possibile lavare più di qualche bicchiere e posata, ed in generale tutti i mobili della cucina sono abbastanza rovinati e un'anta ha una cerniera rotta, così che quando apri l'anta rischia di restarti in mano. La pulizia è ai limiti dell'accettabile, l'appartamento è pieno di formiche e abbiamo visto una grande scolopendra correre a nascondersi sotto i mobili della cucina. Pur essendo in posizione abbastanza centrale, a 20 minuti a piedi dal Danubio, si trova in una strada abbastanza trasandata, con diversi barboni. Non abbiamo avuto alcun problema, ma essendo da sola con tre bambine la sera ho preferito tornare a casa in taxi. Anche le parti comuni del condominio sono abbastanza fatiscenti, e con il buio fanno un po' impressione.

I do not recommend this place. The apartment was very dirty and clearly hasn’t been renovated in 15–20 years. Everything is broken — the shower doesn’t work, it smells awful inside, and there are cobwebs everywhere. There’s no air conditioning, so it’s unbearable in the summer heat. You can barely breathe! Stay away from this place!

The location was great for what I needed (easy access to the Arena and the city), a lot of space, work desk was handy… there are markets nearby, bus and metro stop as well

Everyrhing was as expected.

The appearance of the building is a bit off putting but the apartment is fine.

Could have done with bedside lamp as light switches not close. Kitchen utensils need sorting out, a lot of unnecessary stuff but only one usable mug!

Lajos is an excellent host, we have arrived very late in the night at 2am and since there is a self check-in there was no problem. The apartment was very clean and centrally located with good connections. There is a fully equipped kitchen, we had clean towels, enough toilet rolls. There is an Aldi and Lidl 3min walk. The neighbours and the building was very quiet. We 100% recommend this listing to everyone who comes to Budapest - we have had a good time 😊

Great location, super cozy and comfortable

Kitchen was well set up, beds were comfy, bathroom and living room wonderful. Only complaints being that the shower could only be used handheld, and the TV box didn't seem to work. Amazing stay, thank you so much!!
