Beautiful and cosy apartment in centre

Warm and welcoming, confortable solution for a group of 3.

Hot water is ok for 3 people, not enough for 4 people or more. The cleaning can still be improved.

New York Cafe is just 3 mins away from the apartment. Super convenient for city walk. The host is super nice and responsive. Good to stay.

The apartment is small but comfortable and silent; the stairs to the beds are a little steep --- so when you wake up is better to be careful. In half an hour of walk you can reach the city centre and there are a lot of places to see. We needed a late checkout and the owner was very friendly. Overall, a very good Q/P ratio.

It was very affordable.

I asked in advance for check-in intsructions and was told they were already provided, but they weren't. This resulted in me waiting out front of the building on a dark street with no idea how to get in. Eventually they responded with instructions, at which point it was easy. The apartment was only equipped with a nearly used up toilet roll, which quickly ran out. When I let them know, they said there would be more in the storage/cleaning cupboard, but there wasn't. And I received no further response. The coffee machine also did not work properly, mugs and cutlery were unclean, and the kettle had a fair amount of limescale build up. Overall a bit disappointing in terms of communication, facilities and cleanliness.
