Panari Resort, BW Signature Collection

Everything was very nice. The staff was excellent.

The staff went beyond their call to satisfy every customer. The kitchen staff was marvelous. Nicholas, Alex, David, Phillip, Moses, Margerie the manager, and Chris from the concierge desk were outstanding.

There were no dislikes.

Breakfast was scanty for protein variety for non meat

The front desk lady was superb warm,helpful and all that. The security team was also exceptional i had an issue with my mechanic my car was being repaired in my absence and they quickly stepped in and made sure i was contacted. I am forever greatful we were warmly received and treated very well. Its quiet,super clean,value for money!

Nothing i will be going back

The breakfast was great, loved the variety and the ginger and cardamon tea was fantastic. The staff were attentive and helpful, especially Kelly and Mary. I liked that we all got a hot water bottle and the fire made the room nice and warm.

nothing i can think off. I only wish that it was more affordable. The highest slide was broken and cordoned off so my son wasn't able to use it.
