I appreciated the location, cleanliness of the facility, professionalism of the massage, and the friendliness of the staff. I appreciated the staff's willingness to correct an error made on my room type during check in.

I didn't like that fact that I only had two nights and I had to spend one of those nights in the wrong room as the night staff couldn't seem to get my check-in request correct. I spend one night in a lesser room and they moved me the following morning. I would have preferred not to have to move because I had limited time.
