My room was very spacious, you could even say with various sections. As it is a bit outside downtown, there`s not too much traffic around the hotel. Views from the balcony above town and to the volcanoes is great. Staff was very nice and hospitable even when I one evening arrived with a street dog feeling very well in the hotel lobby.

Great location big rooms

No hot water. They claim they do.

We never did receive breakfast, no staff available. Almost no light in the room and bathroom. No water in the bathroom. No working internet. A terrible place to stay, I would nobody recoment !! Expensive hotel for the regian and you get nothing in return. However Jauyau and its seven waterfalls realy such a beautiful place!

Beautiful location, and nice weather, amidst a very authentic atmosphere proper from the local area of Juayua, one of the most beautiful villages in El Salvador.

There was no coffee in the rooms, when me and my friends who rented other rooms went out early in the morning there was no coffee anywhere in the room or the hotel. Being this a coffee producer area that seemed disappointing.
