restaurant was not open when it said it was on booking .com. they had removed light bulbs to save energy!!

Los Volcanes Hotel y Restaurante was a beautiful place to stay in Juayua. The room was big, the view was beautiful, the breakfast was tasty, and the location was great. The bed was very comfortable. It is what I needed to relax. Los Volcanes Hotel y Restaurante is a beautiful place to stay.

I was very disappointed in the fact that I paid extra for the jacuzzi tub and the water was COLD. No matter what I tried, I could not get hot water. The main reason why I went there was the tub. I have back issues and I really needed the HOT jacuzzi tub for my health. I searched for a place with just a tub and found this place to only be saddened that the water was COLD.
