The Delkin Shepherds Huts Castle Combe

Lovely huts in the perfect location for us on the walking trail we are doing. Hot tub was a special treat.

Climbing in and out of the hot tub was tricky onto the stones as there weren’t many paving slabs around it.

Allison was very.welcoming. A great set-up with everything you could need.

We loved our stay

15 minute walk from Castle Combe. Very pet friendly with a secure gate, food bowls and a bed provided. Great facilities including a fridge and a selection of games. Allison was very friendly and attentive and prepared the hot tub and firepit ready for our arrival.

If there is a race on at the race circuit, you can hear the noise, but there is a curfew around 5pm so it didn't bother us.

Perfect night away in calm airy quiet surroundings, private and secluded you have a bathroom and kitchen area to your selves.

Booking.com doesn't specify that the hot tub isn't included in your booking, which is misleading

Alison welcomed us with a big smile and was very friendly. She was kind enough to introduce her to her horse, pony and sheep as well! We unfortunately only stayed for one night, but the hut was filled with lots of little knick-knacks to make a longer day special with games, marshmellows, books, and the bed was SO cozy! We both felt very much at peace in nature in the hut, and the cooking facilities were great and had everything you would need. Without hesitation we'd stay here again! It would also be perfect for families or with a dog.

Lovely place, lovely hosts, cosy hut. Hot tub very relaxing and the facilities are well taken care of for you. I had the site to myself, which was amazing. I'd imagine if you were going as a small group, using the two huts, it would be perfect.

Although I wasn't around too long during the day, there is a race track nearby, and the noise is not deafening at all, but noticeable enough to be off-putting in such a beautiful, countryside location that is otherwise so tranquil.
