I had an extremely unpleasant stay at Hotel Galaxy, Surat. The front office staff, particularly one guy who wears eye glass and call himself general Manager , was shockingly rude and disrespectful. While I was in my room, he called me on the phone and started abusing me over money matters – completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. To make matters worse, the basic services were pathetic. I had to ask multiple times just to get drinking water, and even that took an unreasonable amount of time. No courtesy, no hospitality – just arrogance and poor service. This kind of behavior reflects very poorly on the management. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid at all costs if you value respectful treatment and basic amenities.
