Wash room was pathetic

Dirty bedding and no water bottle provided, sofa burned with cigrate ashes, almira was locked, no key was there.

Everything its all lie 1. Booking show checkout time till 23:00 but hotel forced check out at 12:00 and take extra half price for 6hrs 2. Cleanliness a big zero no slippers , dirty and molded bathroom, molded walls, cockroaches in room many more to list 3. Broken power socket , 4. No hot water in bathroom 5. Molded chair just cant see forget about sitting on it In short all Amenities shown on booking confirmation and website is false and lie nothing provided in room . Just worse experience don't recommend any one A BIG NO TO GO HOTEL

The rooms were very spacious and clean

The staff was not very helpful. They were not aware of our booking when we arrived, os that took a long time. They asked multiple times for our passport. They did not help with the wifi, and all provided contrasting information
