Lovely flat near University of Reading

The accommodation was nice and the host was really helpful. On arrival I had problems with WiFi but the host was super quick at fixing the problem and was helpful when I asked about local shops/restaurants.

The walls are fairly thin so you can hear the main road outside throughout the night.

Had to climb over bikes to get up the stairway. Really basic accommodation. Was not happy with this accommodation.

The flat was clean and tidy, great location and really quiet. Comes with dishwasher, washing machine and tea/coffee ect which was great. Communication with the team was fantastic and they were easy to get hold of. Overall a really good stay.

There was only one fork in the entire flat so I had to go out and buy more, one of the beds was incredibly uncomfortable but is on the same standard as other houses we've rented. We would stay again just take a blanket to put over the bed to make it more comfortable (but thats just my preference)

The location was perfect for us. The flat is roomy and had everything we needed. The hosts were quick to respond.

There were some things that didn’t work (some of the burners on the stove, the warming rack in the bathroom). The baseboards below the sink in the kitchen were detached. I didn’t mind at first, but they did get in the way of one’s toes.
