"Great apartment, stressful check-in!"

The apartment itself was excellent — very clean, comfortable, and in a great central location. However, the check-in process was unnecessarily stressful. Despite contacting the manager the day before and again before arrival, he refused to share the access details until just after the official check-in time and was quite defensive on the phone. This caused uncertainty and a poor start to the stay. Clearer information in the listing about the check-in procedure would really help. Once inside, though, everything about the accommodation and location was great.

The location was great! It was close to the metro, Chapel of Souls, and the Bolhao market. The noise from the main street was minimal. It was spacious and clean.

The building didn't have an elevator. Be mindful if you have multiple bags or luggage.

le manque de rangement, table de nuit ,terasse superbe mais pas assez optimisée,pas de commode ni d'étagères pour ranger les vetements ........manque d'un miroir sur pied .....

This apartment in Porto was absolutely beautiful and spotless. The space was bright, tastefully decorated, and felt instantly welcoming. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, from the kitchen to the bathroom. Great location. It truly offered the ideal mix of comfort and convenience. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Porto.

"Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt in Porto !"

Die Aussicht war nicht so schön / nur ein Kleiderschrank war etwas wenig / mehr Kleiderhaken wären gut gewesen / das Waschbecken im Bad war gewöhnungsbedürftig (doppelter Boden)

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich super, man erreicht vieles bequem und die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr schön gestaltet.

Leider war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber nicht gut – wir mussten mehrmals nachfragen, um einchecken zu können, und bekamen erst nach der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit (15:00 Uhr) Zugang, was ziemlich mühsam war. Außerdem war die Sauberkeit nicht wie erwartet: In der Küche und sogar im Lavabo fanden wir Essensreste, was den positiven Gesamteindruck leider deutlich getrübt hat.
