L’appartement est très bien situé. Il y est confortable, bien équipé et la literie est bonne. Il est bien insonorisé, et le système de climatisation est bien.

Impossible de modifier l’heure d’arrivée (15:00), même pour y déposer les valises. L’agent d’accueil n’était pas sympathique, il est venu à l’appartement suite à ma réclamation, car les draps de lit étaient tachés. Il les a changé, et les nouveaux étaient pires. L’état de propreté général est moyen.

Where do I start. The facility is tired, old, worn and dirty. Esp the bathrooms, kitchen, floor etc. The owner is unresponsive, disrespectful and rude. The dirty bedroom/bathroom is upstairs (tiny metal stairwell) you can’t even take your luggage up. No mirror downstairs to get ready. Poor lighting in the entire apartment. No hand soap, body wash, dish soap or tissues. Old towels, dirty bathroom. Terrible shower, which is in a narrow bath, the overhead shower doesn’t work, only the handheld which is at the same height of the bath, so to shower you must hold the handheld the entire time, and use your own soap in the other hand. Not pleasant whatsoever. Bed uncomfortable, no sheet, only a doona (which they wouldn’t wash the cover each time - unhygienic). Pillows old and lumpy, need replacing. Sticky floor. Couch stained and dirty. Coffee machine smells like egg. Overall, looks nothing like the photos.

La ubicación del departamento, excelente para recorrer Porto caminando, todo queda cerca y está localizado a su vez en el centro comercial, a media cuadra del Mercado del Bolhao. Hay un gran parking a una cuadra, con precio accesible. El departamento es muy bello, tiene una decoración basada en poetas portugueses; el ambiente es luminoso, cálido, muy bien climatizado (excelente aire acondicionado; amplio, cómodo y confortable, dotado con todos los servicios y electrodomésticos necesarios para sentirse a gusto. Francisco, el anfitrión, ha sido amable y eficiente a la hora de recibirnos y brindarnos información sobre su casa y sobre Porto.

Para acceder al loft se debe subir una escalera con tramos equivalentes a cuatro pisos, no tiene elevador (Francisco nos explicó que al ser una casa antigua reciclada, no se pudo colocar uno). No fue una sorpresa, ya nos habían informado e incluso nos ofrecieron un departamento en la primera planta pero nosotros insistimos con el loft porque nos gustó mucho. Así que bueno... fuimos dispuestos a hacer ejercicio.

Great location close to several shops, restaurants and streets to catch transportation. Nice, natural light and wide open space.

A few smaller amenities would have been nice (paper towels, dish soap). There was some confusion regarding space utilization from the owner. Because we originally booked for 2 people, owner told us we had to share bed in back room when we thought we’d naturally be able to spread out. Sofa bed counted as an additional booking thus we had to pay extra for sheets to use that space when really that should’ve been included in the total booking.

The location was fantastic. Apart from that, the host is very kind with all the help and tips he provided. Room is very spacious, clean, with a huge terrace. All facilities are there.

Very spacious and finely restructured apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, nice bedroom and comfy living. Quick communication with the horst.

Nada. Todo bien. Sólo que personas con problemas para subir escaleras deben ser advertidas.
