"IT WAS SO SO"

RECEPTION STAFF BEHAVIOUR, HE TAKE 30 MINUTES TO CHECKIN , I WAS IN HURRY BUT I HAVE TO WAIT FOR 30 MINUTES AT RECEPTION.

I made a booking paid 890 rs advance seeing the photo on your website and when I was there It was mismatch facility was not at all good and moreover at the reception they said my booking is not there. We spoke to some helpdesk they said area manager is busy ..with my family I had to leave and look for some other hotel ...disappointed kindly refund my advance money or not going to book any accomadation in time to come ..WATs app me 73493 06997...regarding my refund

"Not so satisfactory."

The location was good and close to Airport. Further the person in the reception was good. Not much of a disturbance from the hotel staff. They were responsive.

The property is an attached facility in a multistoried commercial building. The photo in the website gives a wrong impression as if it is a big facility. There is no lift even. Further the rooms were much smaller than seen on the website. Free breakfast offered but it is of hotel's choice with limited menu and may restrict only to Maharstrian Dish or Bread and Jam.

"Terrible experience !"

My room was cancelled when I reached the hotel. There was no way I could get in touch with Booking.com directly. I sent a mail and no reply received. On top of that you are sending me mail for feedback reg my Stay !. how funny is this ?. There is nothing something called Customer services in Booking .com No one Cares for Customers !.
