The staff is very bad, we had to wait for the room for almost 1 hour, we booked the room as deluxe room, they gave us a windowless room, later we had to pay more and book another room, the people at the reception are very rude.

"Mine was a short 9 hours pleasant stay ,despite small inconveniences"

I was allowed an early check in at a small extra cost. All declared , basic amenities were present

No lift , so climb upstairs to get to room. Jet spray in bathroom was leaking. No toilet paper. No kettle for tea

My booking was cancelled without information at least a call was expected a tentative booking was made from booking dot com a day prior to my stay in the evening due to urgent travel but they shifted my booking without information
