The staff were fabulous. So helpful and accommodating. Location was great, just a short wander into town. Breakfast was excellent - they even packed us a breakfast box because we were leaving early.

We arrived at Chapter House and were initially shown to our upstairs bedrooms. The rooms were beautiful, with lovely ceiling windows, but unfortunately, the aircon wasn’t working and couldn’t heat the room — and it was cold and rainy. We were then moved downstairs to a different room, the next morning the hot water wasn’t working due to an issue with the geyser, so we had to shower in a separate room. The next morning at breakfast, there wasn’t even sugar available for coffee. To be honest, we paid quite a bit for one night, and overall, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. The setting is lovely, but some basic things need attention. The manager was apologetic
