The breakfast was excellent and changed from day to day. Extra effort was taken to prepare it. The room was excellent and very clean and well designed. The staff made every effort to look after my requests of interesting places to visit and restaurants and beaches in the area. Well done for hospitality.

The room was good but needed a little updating in terms of wall paper. The furniture was good. A mattress undercover is recommended as per videos of the Hotel Inspector.

Large room with large closet and a small 'balcony' area. The pool is small but lovely and quiet. Breakfast is very nice. The staff is super nice and helped us with many things.

Going into Chania requires a taxi, rental car or bus. However, this was not a surprise and the bus station is very close to the hotel. The ride on the bus is not long and it takes you directly to what's interesting.

"The most welcoming team in a beautiful spot."

From the welcome my wife and I received to the moment we left the team were amazing;nothing was too much trouble and the place was immaculate.Breakfast was incredible and they were very flexible to our requirements.Very comfortable bed and a great shower,plus a lovely pool.Thank you so much!

This is a lovely hotel in a quite area with a beautiful beach. Zoba beach is 10 min walk with many restaurants. Kalathas beach is 10 min drive. Chania old town is about 30 min drive. Staff are very friendly, always with a good attitude and keen to help. Vicky is a lovely host. I would definitely recommend this hotel. There was nothing negative about it.

"Great experience at the paradice"

Great value for money! The staff (Katerina & Vicky) are super kind. The room was very comfortable (although the toilet needs a restoration) The hotel is very well situated (Stavros is very nice) and the staff tries to make your stay an unforgettable experience.

It was a great time spending there. Most beauty of this place is the staffs. Despite,Catriona, Vaso,Vicky were the main staffs who were helping us throughout our 1 week stay. Very kind, sincere staffs and anytime for anything they are available. We couldn't thank them enough for the service.

Everything was okay. Only a suggestion is that to keep a bottle of water in the fridge every day. Also if anyone has a habbit of tea or coffee it would be nice to ask while checking in time and provide them with a kettle and few tea or coffee sachets in their room .
