Paradice Hotel Luxury Suites-Near zorbas Beach-FREE Breakfast

Staff were fantastic.

Wrong information given on description. There is no mini bar, no coffee house, and no restaurant on site! The nearest beach cafe mentioned is a ten minute walk and closed at 4 pm! Also, there are no vegetarian options. The main restaurant for the hotel is a 20 min car ride away, and if you don't have a car, it 40€ to get there and back each night. No food or drinks provision at the hotel. The breakfast is the same every day, so if you dont like what you're given, you're going to have a tough stay! There is also ongoing building work, which can be noisy. If you don't have a car, the hotel is very isolated. There is a bus to Chania but only runs every 2 hours. The suite was a very good size but the bathrooms were tiny and sub standard. This hotel looks like a 4 star but our suite was like a 3 star. Bathrooms were similar to a 2 star hotel. Very dissatisfied. The only thing that made our stay better was the staff who were fantastic. We opted for half board but due to the lack of food provision we complained and were given the money back for the half board. We were given the option of ordering food in but I didn't go on holiday to have take aways every night! Therefore we did have to leave the hotel every day to eat lunch and dinner. As we didn't have a car this wasn't ideal. Luckily there were some good restaurants locally.

Easy accsess to other turist attractions. Good posibillities for good restaurants. Only 10min walking to Nice Beach. Very Nice an service minded personell at the Hotel. Swimming pool at the Hotel. If you want to look around, rent var is a must.

Hotelli oli ihana. Vähän hankaluutta toi se, että joka kerta kun halusi syömään muualle (ravintolassa ei ravintolaa mutta voi tilata kuljetuksella) joutui kävelemään rannalle. Pyyhkeet vaihdettiin joka päivä mutta esim. Lattia kerkesi viikon aikana menemään todella tahmaiseksi. Aamiainen hieman yksipuolinen. Henkilökunta oli kuitenkin todella ystävällistä ja saimme nukuttua hyvin. Äänieristetyt ikkunat oli plussaa! Uima-allas alue oli siisti ja toimiva!

Great hotel and very helpful staff! Good facilities and nice atmosphere. Also there was a superb balcony and nice outside breakfast.

After few days in Crete we noticed that the people was super friendly. The people working on this hotel are not an exception, they are great. Always trying to help you and making sure you have a great time with them. About the premises. The pool of the hotel is amazing. The breakfast is great and the rooms are big and spacious. This island is massive, so if you wants to visit it you’ll need a car for sure. Enjoy!
