Serene family friendly townhouse in the wonderful Regal Palms

I like the outdoor pool area that was my favorite part this is my second time visiting and the pool is my favorite. The villa is pretty nice and the neighborhood.

The only thing I really didn’t like is that there was not really any hot water when I got back to the villa it was lukewarm sometimes a little colder than it should be not sure why also, I didn’t like that early in the morning there’s no security guard there to let the Uber or Lyft to pick you up to take you to the airport. It was a bit inconvenient because we had to walk all the way to the security gate.

Staff were accommodating. Resort was nice. Restaurant employees were nice.

Got charged an extra $134.40 that wasn't mentioned in booking. Villa was hot as Hades, had a rule to not turn thermostat below 75. At 75 downstairs was closer to 80. Beds were cheap mattresses on crappy bed frames w no box spring so it was more like an army cot. Missing basic utensils in the kitchen.

The Regal Palms Resort is a great location! Great for a family vacation. Lots of great food options nearby. Publix, Walgreens, Dollar General, Walmart are all in the area.

The Regal Palms resort was 8/10. Restrooms could use some extra attention on busier days. The Unit we stayed in was 5/10. The beds were weak and not sturdy. We left with back & hip pain after 7days of sleeping on the kids cots!! (Horrible condition)The kitchen utensils could be upgraded. Knives were dull, Can opener was useless. Everything else about the Unit was good. Overall stay was good but not as good as I expected.

Bugs , Rude Staff Etc

Good Location, loved the living room.

Price was a bit high for 1 night w/cleaning fee since we only used 2 of the 4 rooms.
