Serene family friendly townhouse in the wonderful Regal Palms

The home location gave a safe security feeling. You had to have a wrist band to be allowed through the gated area. Over all it was a great price, great location. The location from the room to Magic Kingdom was about a 25 minute drive with moderate traffic. Pharmacy and grocery store is close by. Door dash is quick and available at late hours. Parking is suggested for two cars but three will fit. (We had a truck, suv and a small car). Pool area is kid friendly and gated in with a lazy river, hot tub, water slide and heated separate pool. Parents can relax and let their children run wild knowing they’re in a gated community. The house was a perfect home away from home for a large family and kids. Our only complaint would be that the door code did not work at first but when I called the host, the issue was fixed immediately. Brand new appliances. The cleaning team did fantastic because when we walked in we could smell all the cleaning chemicals and fresh bedding. My husband and I are extremely picky about where we stay when we have children and this house is kid friendly and over all a perfect home away from home. We wish there was something negative about the stay but there truly were zero issues with the home, area, resort, etc.

We didn’t have any negative experiences. We highly recommend this home and will be staying here again.

Well maintained Clean Spacious

The fact that they weren’t on top of the pool chemicals for the lazy river etc so when it was nice out we weren’t able to use it.

Loved it! Location was just like it looked in the photos. Spacious, clean, comfortable for the whole.family. ample towels and most things you need. The pool and lazy river were also great! Easy checkin and out. Beautiful grounds with easy access. Felt safe. Good free parking right at the door. Loved the sofa in the living room. Bathrooms were well appointed too.

Location is a bit far from all the parks but still worth it. A kettle would have been nice in the kitchen. The beds were the old.metal framed spring beds not the most comfortable. A chair to sit down in the bedrooms would be a nice touch. Not many things I didn't like really.

Location was great and we loved the pool area.

The beds were kind of weird. They were like a kids bed and not that comfortable. Also there is not enough pots and pans in the kitchen to cook a big meal. The can opener was manual and broken. But a small price to pay given the value we got.

It was so nice. In a great area and very welcoming staff.

I was not aware of the 100 charge once I arrived, but it is okay.

- It was agreed that we could check in from 3 p.m., but they knew nothing about this on site and the electronic key safe did not work earlier. - The advertisement is incorrect on many points. This is not a 'villa with a private pool', as the advertisement suggests, and which is common in the area. No outside terrace, no furniture, no bbq at the house. And in house only 4 chairs, in a house with 10 beds! - The property does not meet proper rental standards.
