Relaxing Retreat and Modern Charm in Historic Saint Augustine

Perfect location maybe 15-20 min walk to town. I felt extremely safe.

There was no sugar in the house or at least I didn’t see it.it was No big deal !

Super house! Extremely clean and well equiped. The location is really excellent within walking distance of downtown St Augustine.

This place is fantastic. Matt has done a great job. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location 15 mins walk into the centre. The parking space is shaded. It's great to get into a cool car on a hot day. Would highly recommend this place and host. Thanks again, Matt.

There is nothing dumb question !

The house itself was very accommodating. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors were nice. It was walkable to town.

The only thing that was a concern was the fire alarm in the bedroom closest to the kitchen was not functional. The battery was popped out.. also, the shower glass runs an extreme amount of water onto your floors.

I enjoyed every aspect of the property and the communication with the host Matt. Amazing location, quiet neighborhood, newly updated and has all the amenities. I would highly recommend.

I can't say I disliked anything about the property. My only suggestion would be to replace the couch/sofa with something other one with fabric. BUT DEFINITELY NO COMPLAINTS! Matt was very accommodating and a super host!!!!

Location was easy to get to, neighborhood people going by were friendly.

I should have read the fine print better, had to go and buy body soap and shampoo as there wasn’t any, not a big deal but be aware
