Relaxing Retreat and Modern Charm in Historic Saint Augustine

Super easy access of property. Super clear.

I would have loved to see two coffee pods, two creamers and sugar for the morning.

Location! Walking distance to most of Old St. Augustine. Kitchen was very good. Parking is free. Host had everything you would need.

Hot water in shower, you couldn't take a shower in both showers at the same time. Near some train tracks, at least you could hear trains at night. But overall these did not really affect our stay and we would stay again.

Great location. Wish we stayed longer. Cute little breakfast diner in walking distance called Blue Hen. Also a great restaurant and distillery close by and walking distance. Highly recommend. Matt’s property was clean and very nicely appointed. Matt was very communicative and was able to get us in a little earlier. Highly recommend.

Nothing

The proximity to downtown activities and the ease of finding the location of the property. The home is newly renovated and with close attention to detail. The host is available for any questions throughout your stay and is very polite. The property has all the amenities you would expect from the comforts of home, including laundry room, fully stocked kitchen with cooking supplies, and linens.

There is nothing negative to say besides the front neighbors moving at 11pm, making loud noises hauling and throwing things into the moving truck.

The pull out bed was broken and we really needed it. A real problem
