Entire townhome available near nice park library and shopping

Great location

The property was not very clean, markings all over the walls and a horrible smell. There were light fixtures missing or lightbulbs burned out. The host did not communicate well—I never received check out instructions and had to beg for check in instructions. Smoke detectors were removed or missing. We ended up leaving a night early. Mystery food and cup left in the refrigerator. Dishes were clean but not put away. Just laying on the counter.

An exceptionally pleasant and clean home, located in a good and quiet area. Everything we needed during our stay was provided. The equipment works well, and the contact persons were responsive, flexible, and friendly.

This place gets a high rating because I think it’s priced exactly where it should be. It’s very good, not amazing, but it’s not priced like it is either.

Various maintenance items need to be worked on, but all in all, again, for an Airbnb at the price paid, they were acceptable and expected. I think better beds, and some minor repairs to doors/shades/light fixtures and this place could easily be charging another $30-$50/night. Also, rogue expired food in the fridge was odd. Oh, I couldn’t find a single drinking glass in the house, nbd for me because I always have a water bottle, but could see it being an issue for others.

Location & facilities was exactly what we were looking for without breaking the bank. Very clean and comfortable for my family. Host quickly answered any questions I had.
