Not many services next to the house, but it is close to the city centre.

It was ideal for me. The location was perfect for me, in a peaceful cul de sac with free parking and just a 2 minute drive back from the event I’d been attending in the Jewellery Quarter. A delightful friendly host who made me feel very welcome and even carried my suitcase upstairs for me. The room was small but contained everything I required - a wardrobe, mirror, kettle, desk, comfortable chair, bedside light, plenty of electric sockets and coat hangers, and was very clean and cosy, nicely decorated and with a lockable door. The bathroom was clean and attractive with a good shower and an array of products that Ibon said I was welcome to use. A big bonus for me was an agreed late check-out which made my weekend perfect. I will definitely be back!

Nothing - well, the mattress wasn’t exceptionally comfortable but I slept OK.

Clean room and shared bathroom, just stayed for a night. Can walk to town or get buses. Host very welcoming!

A bit far away from the centre

I recently stayed in this room, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. Not only was the room cozy and comfortable, but the host went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Even after checkout, they were incredibly helpful, making me feel like I was among friends. The positive vibes in the room made it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and accommodating place to stay.
