Modern Shared Home for Young Adults 10 min to City Centre

Everything was great, 2-minute walk to a bus stop, room was more than enough and clean host was super friendly and helpful.

Avoid this place - despite complaining to booking.com they have done NOTHING, even though both my safety and security was compromised during the stay. I arrived at an agreed time to be told "someone was still in my room" and to just "hand my things over and they will put them in my room later" (this is a shared house accommodation, it is not a B&B or guest house, as advertised, my things were not kept anywhere secure but I had no choice to leave them as I'd taken a taxi that was continuing onto my conference in the city). The room was cramped the bedding didn't even seem fresh. There was nothing provided other than a kettle and two random fruit teabags. I was told to just go downstairs to their shared kitchen and help myself to used milk in the fridge. In the early hours of the morning I went downstairs to find a strange man (not the host) sat cross legged in the hallway in the dark with his hood up on his phone - it scared me! They mumbled sorry and then left the building?! I was told to wear a used pair of provided slippers when in the house... honestly, the list of goes on. I was so uncomfortable that I left before breakfast... I told Booking.com about the strange man and feeling vulnerable etc. and they don't care so I am going to extra lengths to notify my employer and clients to avoid this site for all future bookings. I will not be using them again.

The host very nice and helpful. He made an effort to provide all the necessary information about the stay and what to see the Birmingham, UK adapter, tea. Room was really cosy and exactly like on the picture😉

The walls are thin, so you can here the neighbours kids. Not a big deal unless you are a light sleeper. I was a bit confused, that the main entrance looked like a garage/back entrance. No thing major though.

Extremely well maintained with high levels of cleanliness and hygiene. Occupiers were friendly and accommodating, whilst also respecting my personal space and privacy. Room was a large box room. Plenty parking outside and very close to the City Centre

Mattress was very soft. Mid terrace property and neighbours children were very noisy. I suffer from Insomnia therefore my personal battle which cannot always be accommodated, or owners fault.

The rooms was lovely and Ibon as a lanlord was nice and brilliant they will do anything for you Clean room and facilities Clean bathroom and shower give everything and everyone 10 out of 10 Thanks again bro for everything

The room smelled good, was tidy and immaculate! I feel like had a similar experience with staying in a hotel. The service was even better than a hotel because the host kept ensuring that the room and facilities were alright. I slept really well had zero complain about anything. They were really nice and I never had such an experience (when staying in a room managed by a private host) before. I wish I could stay longer!

The hosts were friendly and supportive. The room was very clean and you could find everything you might expect. The facilities were complete. The room was a bit cold at the first night but when I told, they solved it.

It is 10 minutes walking from the bus station. If you have no luggage, that's all right, but for me with a heavy backpack it was a bit difficult. But totally, it was very acceptable. I will go there again in my next travelling.
