Beautiful newly refurbished apartment close to the promenade.

Well laid out apartment. Well equipped including dishwasher,washing machine. Everything you may need. Ben was available on phone to solve any issues I had.

A few stairs to climb but not too bad

The beds in the small room were comfortable. Close to promenade. Approx 1 mile to main town centre.

The property had peeling, flaky paint (due to dampness) and there was stains on the carpet, so the property wasn’t newly refurbished. Photos are not up to date. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable. The bed in the main room was hard. There was only 1 pillow per person. Parking was a problem as there was a skip outside the property. Surrounding properties being developed so scaffolding, adjacent garden filled with household contents and a number of boarded up properties. There was also a very strong smell of “funky cigarettes” at the property entrance. There were a lot of stairs to the apartment, 35 from the bottom to the living room. Even within the apartment, there are stairs between each bedroom. This wasn’t detailed. Concerns over emergency evacuation as no accessible fire exit, given you are required to lock the only entrance and exit with a mortice lock and there is only 1 set of keys.

Beautiful, spacious flat that suited our needs perfectly. The location was superb - minutes from the beach with easy access to the pier along the promenade, and a bit away from the hubbub with easy access to free parking while still close to nice restaurants. The host was helpful and responsive. Overall a great stay.

Location as near a spar shop, chinese, Indian and a chippy, 5 mins walk to promenade, great communication with Ben for any questions or help with anything.

Not as central to the pier as we would have liked, so a 20 minute walk to town centre
