Beautiful newly refurbished apartment close to the promenade.

Dead easy to find, parked right outside the door, inside was exactly like the photos and spotlessly clean. Perfect location for a night at Venue Cymru, shops and cafes just round the corner. Ben the host was really friendly and helpful.

If I had one complaint it would only be that the apartment was maybe a bit too warm! 🙂

The beds were not comfortable

The property is beautiful and very clean . Felt like home .

It smelt beautiful , we arrived to fresh bread and milk . There was also other bits and bats in the kitchen which came in useful . Has everything you could need and the location is right near the front so it was perfect . Parking was nice and easy also and there’s two retail parks close by which was great and a large Asda . I’d definitely stay here again . The apartment is much bigger than it looks on pictures . Ben was great getting back to messages and providing information for us . 5*

good space, well equipped, free parking in the road outside. Tea, coffee, sugar provided. Short walk to a convenience store. Clean.

TV didnt work. Although apparently recently refurbished, there was evidence of recent water ingress at various points. The wallpaper had been partially peeled off in one room. Freezer was full of someone else's food. Standard lamp in the living room was broken - dangerously, hanging by its cable. The owner contacted us about this because he was not aware it was like that when we arrived - but at least he accepted it had not been our fault. Missing light bulb in the bedroom.

Lovely apartment and a good location, close to all the attractions, very clean and tidy and comfy, host was reachable, left bread and milk to use

Nothing to dislike

Well laid out apartment. Well equipped including dishwasher,washing machine. Everything you may need. Ben was available on phone to solve any issues I had.

A few stairs to climb but not too bad

The beds in the small room were comfortable. Close to promenade. Approx 1 mile to main town centre.

The property had peeling, flaky paint (due to dampness) and there was stains on the carpet, so the property wasn’t newly refurbished. Photos are not up to date. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable. The bed in the main room was hard. There was only 1 pillow per person. Parking was a problem as there was a skip outside the property. Surrounding properties being developed so scaffolding, adjacent garden filled with household contents and a number of boarded up properties. There was also a very strong smell of “funky cigarettes” at the property entrance. There were a lot of stairs to the apartment, 35 from the bottom to the living room. Even within the apartment, there are stairs between each bedroom. This wasn’t detailed. Concerns over emergency evacuation as no accessible fire exit, given you are required to lock the only entrance and exit with a mortice lock and there is only 1 set of keys.
