Location quiet but only 5 misn from center of town. Host is superb - Fabio Grazie! The room is pink throughout so that was a bit different All in all the room etc.... was what you need in an apartment with plenty of space, kitchen, separte bedroom, etc...

Our host, Fabio was very friendly and incredibly helpful in every way. He made our stay so easy by providing parking, as well as meeting us so we knew where to park. Really a lovely person who provides his guests a perfect stay in the best location in Arezzo. We LOVED Arezzo and Bibi Boutique Apartments.

First the really good stuff. The location is excellent. Everything of note within the old city is within fifteen minutes walk and mostly flat. It’s also fifteen minutes walk to the station, again mostly flat though we would recommend a taxi when you first arrive with luggage. The owner (Fabio) is endlessly helpful - he even gave up his lunch break to be there to welcome us before official checking-in time. And there’s a small sun terrace which, though it has no view, has sun all afternoon and evening and is a great place for an Aperol.

This is a very “boutique” place, with a style that won’t be to everyone’s taste. Our room (the pink room) was very, er, pink. Pink everywhere. Not just the decor but a myriad of nicknacks with no apparent purpose other than being pink. It felt like a 1960s Brighton B&B that made La Cage aux Folles seem excessively masculine. And we say that as gay men. And oh! those scented sticks everywhere!

Spacious, well equipped apartment with everything you need in very good old town location. To unload and load luggage we were allowed to stop just outside the apartment, which is a great relief when you have many suitcases. Parking is otherwise prohibited in the historic old town. Our apartment was the pink version with a four-poster bed. Everything very feminine furnished, unfortunately not so suitable for dust allergy sufferers. A highlight is the delightful roof terrace where we had breakfast. The host Fabio is touchingly concerned about his guests and is also personally available for questions and requests. Arezzo is a charming, historic and still untouristy city that you should definitely visit in a Tuscany round trip.

This is a lovely apartment, with a distinct vintage flavor. The location is great: only a very short and pleasant walk to Arezzo's old town. The accommodation was clean with thoughtful touches. The apartment was very peaceful with clean and comfortable rooms. Everything we needed was there and the bed was comfortable. Our host was very friendly, hospitable, and accommodating. He also gave us great recommendations in the area. For those coming by car, there is also a private parking just around the house.

Maybe the bathroom could be improved a bit, but it is in the same style as the entire apartment,
