"Great location in the town center, great value for money"

Fantastic location right in the center of Arezzo. The host was incredibly kind and came to pick us up and drive us to the parking, which was right next to the property. Rooms were nice and spacious. Highly recommended

We were there during a big town celebration in the square nearby, with loud music. The windows provided some insulation but you could still hear the party below. However I assume it would be very quiet in any other period.

Loved the decor and our host Fabio was very friendly and helpful

There isn’t a lift. So carrying suitcases up stairs was a little difficult.

Fabio was a gracious and attentive host. Our suite was welcoming and well-stocked with treats and snacks. The washing machine and drying rack were appreciated. The rooftop terrace was a bonus which we enjoyed every night. It was quiet and comfortable and close to everything. Fabio recommended some fantastic restaurants and even gave us a sentimental parting gift when we departed.

We can’t think of anything that was negative about this property.

"Very comfortable accomodation in a gentle Italian city."

We enjoyed the roof terrace. Breakfast in the morning sun! We parked in the parking area behind the house very comfortable. Fabio is a perfect host offered us a map of Arezzo and gave information and tips.

Very good location, in the old town area. The host is open to help and advising the guests. We have received some nice gift at a arrival.

I believe the opinions of people depends on which apartment they got during the stay. We get the rooms on the first floor: rather dark, with definitely no "view" or the "balcony" which you would expect reading it in the description. Probably rooms on the second floor can have more light(?) The set of pictures presented in the description show more that one apartment.

Placement, directly on the old city. Details of apartment, everything has its place. Lovely furniture and Design (mine was Rossofragola). Kitchen complete as device. Coffee and breakfast sweeties already offered from staff. Staff 100% available and friendly. Free parking about the ancient wall, 100 mt from the flat.
