Great little private nook Friendly host

This property is a small unit on a family acreage. The unit has been very nicely done and has everything you could want. The property is surrounded by the most beautiful gardens, was clean and very comfortable. John was an hospitable host providing us with everything we could have wanted but was still unobtrusive. It was about a 20 minute walk into Wanaka with everything Wanaka has to offer. I would definitely stay again. Such a lovely and peaceful location.

The property far exceeded our expectations. It was private, nestled among beautiful gardens and a stunning driveway! The unit had everything you needed for an extended stay with high quality toiletries, bedding, linen and large fluffy towels. It also had a great range of books, with many of my favourite authors. John, the host, was attentive and informative. An amazing find.

Lovely quiet self contained accomodation down private access. 15 minutes walk to Wanaka shoreline. Loved everything about the place. Clean, comfy bed . Plenty of space. Comprehensive cutlery/crockery and cooking equipment. Great shower.

It was so private and spacious and only a few minutes drive to Wanaka. The place was spotless, well appointed and we were able to do our washing and hang it out easily. A great experience all round.
