Rosemount Lake District Townhouse with Hot Tub - Ridgestone

Fabulous stay at Rosemount, can’t recommend it enough! So much space and the facilities were fab! Our group never felt on top of one another, and having the use of two living areas was a bonus! All bedrooms have en-suites too. Two kitchens meant plenty of space of food and cooking facilities, and plenty of equipment too. Hot tub was fab to use. Location is perfect, in the middle of Windermere and I would say a 15 minute walk into the south side of the town which was perfect. Would 100% come back.

A lot of stairs which we didn’t realise, 5 floors in total which could have been explained in the description of the house. Wasn’t a huge problem for us but just a prewarn. Could have fans for the summer months? That would have been great!

We were a group of 8 men on an adventure 3 days which included cycling, mountain climbing, knee boarding and golf. The property was prefect in that we each of had our own en suite room, all of which were a good size. The hot tub was a very welcome addition at the end of each action packed day. The pool table and darts were also well used. The location of the property was excellent with it being more or less equidistant between Windermere and Bowness, both being less than 10 minutes walk away. A thoroughly enjoyable stay!! 👍👍

Amazing house to spend a few days with the family. In a beautiful setting! Loved the quality of the whole interior, hot tub was fabulous!!

Absolutely nothing, you can only say positive things, it is absolutely gorgeous

Hot tub. 2 kitchens. Plenty seating. All bedrooms en suite.

The size, the space and the hot tub. There are not many places that cater for large groups

The BBQ wasn’t cleaned.

The house is beautiful, it is located on a quiet street with a short (albeit hilly) walk to the local restaurants. The bedrooms were comfortable, all with ensures (some were a little small) but overall they were fantastic.

The kitchen is a little small for a house that size, and the fridge was also pretty small for the number of people

Warm and welcoming on arrival; lovely communal spaces, great hot tub, log fire, and facilities. A floor plan with size o beds would be useful to enable sleeping arrangements to be sorted before arrival.

Some maintenance issues, mmainly with doors and one small bed; first aid kit not adequately stocked and in disarray;
