Rosemount Lake District Townhouse with Hot Tub - Ridgestone

We loved our stay in Rosemount. The property is spacious and beautifully designed, with the hot tub and two lounges making it perfect for relaxing after long walks with the dogs. It's ideal location gives easy access to Windermere and Bowness, and with every room ensuite, it was perfect for our group of 11. The team at Ridgestone was incredibly helpful with local tips on dining and activities. We're already excited to come back next year.

Great space and facilities , great location and bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Space to relax and also enjoy with friends and family. Very clean , looking forward to staying again.

What a great stay! The property is very spacious as you'd expect, the design of the place was lovely and well looked after. The hot tub was great fun for when we got back after a big walk with the dogs, nice to relax! Having two lounges was great, as we could have some down time if needed and set up some board games. The location was perfect for walking up to Windermere and down to Bowness where the lake is. We had a few questions about restaurants and bars for the evening, the lady I spoke to at Ridgestone was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area, she couldn't help enough. We will most certainly be booking this property again for next year! Thanks again.

The size of the property and the location.

Only 3 of the rooms have en-suite baths.

The house was good size for a big family group. Each bedroom had its only shower room.

The house needs a good deep clean.

The property’s location is very efficient as it is roughly 15 mins away or less from the shops, and 2 minutes away or less from the bus stop. Moreover, all the rooms are en-suites which makes it more convenient for us specially as we are a group with 11 people.

Due to the warm weather, it would be a plus if fans will also be provided to each room if possible. Also, there are a lot of flies that keeps on entering the kitchen area, and we cannot entirely close the door because of the warm weather. It might be mitigated if there are any insect repellants in place or maybe a fan so that we can keep the door closed.

Information was misleading Advertised as 9 bed room property but only 8 rooms there No one available including booking.com to resolve it Very unhelpful service from booking.com as well

Property was fine but found none of the dishwashers were cleaned,none of vacuum cleaner were working Cookervin main kitchen in basement was not working All these things were provided to booking.com with pics and video graphic proofs Advertised as 9 rooms properly found to have only 8 rooms Had large family with us but no one there to resolve issues No one listening despite numerous calls emails and pictures and videos
