No towel racks and bidet in the bath, no knife, cooking utensils 2 elec.sockets not working...to be fair,it they did not state in the details of the room, our previous booking at Winds was waaay better

ONLY the location of the property.

The sheets and towel smells bad. And there were a lot of bugs on the bed. We had to leave at 3 AM and transfer to a new hotel when we noticed it. We didn’t expect much of the place because it’s cheap. But having ticks and cockroaches on the bed is unacceptable, unhygenic and harmful! The staff at the lobby couldn’t help us and the contact person didn’t help us as at all! I demand a full refund!
