There are many missing things that should be provided.

Location and Wind Residences is a lovely multi-tower condominium complex that faces the Taal Lake. It is near to many hip places in the area like shopping, cafés, restaurants, bars, amusement parks, etc.

We paid for a family of 5 which includes 2 disabled seniors and paid an extra 350 pesos for parking. We were allowed to collect the keys at 12 noon before immediately heading to a family event in Alfonso. We returned past midnight and were out by 9am. We literally used the unit just to sleep. I was utterly dismayed with this unit as it absolutely needs a makeover! Inside the closet were very old, smelly and dirty pillows, while the bathroom door is falling apart with a broken knob and it had ugly visible holes, such an eyesore! Bathroom fixtures are so old and dirty looking that you wouldn't wanna touch it if only there's another choice!!! We were provided with only 3 towels instead of 5 and these towels are almost tattered. And how dare them provide just one tiny thin toilet paper roll!!! For 5 people??? They must be insane!!! The bathroom gets flooded with water since the owner didn't even install at least a bathroom curtain to prevent the floor from being wet, so it's so easy to slip and get badly hurt, especially for the elderly and disabled. In the bedrooms, not even a cheap little night lamp is provided to avoid from slipping or bumping yourself at the bed or closet when you get up to go to the toilet in the night.That's the problem with these greedy unit owners, they want revenue in exchange of almost giving nothing in return!!! YOU PEOPLE MUST BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!! This isn't my first time to stay at Wind Residences and never did I encounter a unit in this pathetic/miserable state!!!

The location was accessible. The unit we rented was perfect since it has two rooms. There is hot and cold shower also.

It was all good.

The location was great. The unit needs upgrading though for the price. The couch was covered with a bed sheet. The unit needs a good cleaning. There was cockroaches and ants/insects.

Furniture needs upgrades. Unit was not cleaned properly.
