"The location is great. It's very accessible. The experience is not good."

The location is accessible to restaurant, coffee shop and other store.

Broken Bed, no disposable hygiene kit, toilet bathroom has a stain, no diswashing soap/liuid for kitchen sanitation. Broken fan, no wifi.

The AC is too hot, false advertisement there was no free parking and the parking space is so expensive, they did not leave the key to us, the unit is dirty and not clean.

The unit was clean and in order

- staff refuse to give photos of the unit when I was asking for it - staff only gave instructions at the lobby but not assisted us upon going inside the room and even no checking of the unit before our check out..no show during check out... Maybe to avoid the negative feedbacks - cabinets were rotten (kitchen) and unpleasant (room) - parking was a surprise additional payment that was discovered after the reservation - AC in the room was not working - WIFI was only available the next day after the check in I hope that the owner will take into consideration the re-furnishing of the unit so guests may come back again and again. And even SMDC failed to maintain the properties' amenities and appearance, it seems that the buildings were not properly taken cared of from the faded paints, rusty aircon condenser grills... And elvetors were not air conditioned... It's too hot inside the lifts....
