Self catering kitchen was well equipped for cooking own meals. Room was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were great. Huge TV linked up to all the networks. Cuddly German Schnauzers! Warm dressing gowns and duvet. Great location for activities in the Trossachs.

It was good being in the annex. The room was comfortable and the owner was friendly.

The doors of both bedrooms and the bathroom were so tight-fitting that it was impossible to open or close them quietly in the night, when others were trying to sleep. I think they also had intumescent strips that compounded the problem.

"Cozy accommodation, friendly host, and nice to have a separate kitchen for our use."

We had our own section of the property, really. A cozy bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. All separate from each other but adjacent. Host was very friendly and accommodated our last minute late arrival. Even managed to get us twin beds for our stay.

The beds were super comfortable but the pillows and sheets had a good amount of hair on them from previous guests. We also wiped down the toilet because it wasn’t clean.
