New Modern Apartment With FREE Private Parking

Excellent night's sleep after a very long drive, the bed is so comfortable. The whole apartment is very clean and has everything you need for short stay.

It was a really lovely apartment that was in a great location for walking to where we wanted to visit, and having a parking space for the apartment included was brilliant. All the facilities we could have needed were available in the apartment and it felt very welcoming. The communication received was great, having a keybox and being sent the code for it ensured easy access to the apartment on check-in, and checkout was also easy with us just needing to replace the keys back in the box. The size of the apartment was just right for the three of us, the front room was very spacious and my daughter had plenty of room to play when we were there. Everything was clean and well presented. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful apartment, we plan to return to Plymouth again and would definitely look to stay here again if it was available on the dates we return on in the future!

On arrival the apartment smelt very strongly of smoke. I'm unsure if this was from previous people staying or from another apartment in the building, but it was very strong. It disappeared by the end of the second day though so that was fine. Having a frying pan available as well as saucepans would have been helpful too.

There are not enough blankets and towels in our flat for the booked number of people. the heater in the bathroom is broken and hanging halfway from the wall, which is unsafe. a dirty toilet brush, covered in poop and a clogged with hair shower drain. there is no soap, no body wash products, although no one warned that this would not happen and we would not even be able to wash our hands. parking is at a high altitude and scratched our car. the windows for ventilation open to the full and are not closed on the ground floor, it is also unsafe. not to mention all the other details. this is very very bad. we wrote to the owner, but there were no responses or actions. It was only after a while that two towels were brought to us and that was it

The apartment was easy to find in a great location. It was spacious clean and tidy. The bed was really comfortable and the sofa bed was easy to pull out and also comfortable. There was tea and coffee and kitchen ware all immaculate. The bathroom was tidy and clean and nice big shower.

We could have done with another 2 towels as there were 4 of us, but we only stayed one night, so it's not really a problem

Good size TV, comfortable bed and great location

WiFi was a bit in and out, great at times but sometimes quite poor. I ended up tethering from my phone
