New Modern Apartment With FREE Private Parking

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the location great. We could walk to the National Marine Aquarium in less than 10 minutes and then across the swing bridge to the Mayflower Steps in a couple more minutes. It was very easy to find and wonderful to have a free, dedicated car parking space. Self check in was easy with clear instructions and communication with the host was prompt.

There is a ‘drain’ smell in the bathroom but everything was beautifully clean.

Easy to find and on the very edge of the city, so within walking distance to the city shops, restaurants, and waterfront. We found this apartment last minute as my son was graduating and my girls wanted to come. Came with parking at the back of the building, and the owner had brilliant communication. It's my first time using booking.com, so I was a bit apprehensive but have had a good experience. Some people said it is noisey sleeping on the sofa bed. Yes, you are by the main road so there is noise but you are also in the city, it didn't bother me and I'm a country girl. Liked there was tea, coffee, sugar and milk, washing up liquid with tea towel and sponge. Also, handy there was a hair dryer. I would definitely use it again if we venture back to Plymouth for a break. Thank you.

My only recommendation is to have a bin with a lid in the open plan kitchen/front room. Just think when sleeping in there, having a bin with no lid could become smelly.

It was clean and fair

1,Lack of pans. 2,No drawers for clothes in bathroom. 3,No shelves in bathroom. 4,not enough towels. 5,No information guide booklet. 6,No information for attractions or no transport ie Taxi and bus services.

parking was very tight. and some peanuts were left inside when my partner is allergic. the sponge to clean the dishes were covered in hairs, which was a bit gross.
