"Regret."

Housekeeping charge up to RM140 — only found out after checking out. Be careful when booking, always check for hidden charges first. I really regret being charged like that without prior notice. Let this be a lesson to be more careful next time.

"Great hotel for an active break in the mountains."

The view was lovely. Checkin very easy. Shops nearby and host very helpful. The roof pool is lovely and my boys loved the obstacle course.

No smart tv which meant we could access any English channels. It was quite far from public transport which I hadn’t realised when I booked. Grab are reasonably frequent though so we could get a taxi to the bus station.

Easy access

Although many lifts available 6,congested and not convinience. Should have schedule check out From 11am to 1pm By stages,by room number to minimum waiting. Or Present lift attended to help manually during the check out especially
