ACK Guest House Nairobi

I expected a buffet breakfast but it appeared changes had been made but no-one explained that. I have used the facility several times before and the buffet breakfast was fantastic

There weren't towels in the room , kettle , tea bags and or coffee but had to order soft drinks tough checked in late

Located in the middle of nowhere and the restaurant inside was not really helpful

Big changes since our last visit. Rooms comfortable

Couldn’t get hot water. But we arrived late and was leaving early. Didn’t have time to sort.

Breakfast was great healthy choices. kenyan tea was the best. We loved the location and it's proximity to the city.

The shower needs some attention. Too much water spills out making the floor fall risk. They should invest on shower doors to prevent water spilling on the floor outside the shower.

Location was perfect.
