Location was fine, closer to the area of my business
No hot water for bathing in the middle of winter, they need to to build proper bathroom and toilet, and have hot water for they guest at all times

The swimming pool.
The 3rd room doesn't have a bathroom, not enough cups for tea. Only one cup in one bedroom, the other bedroom doesn't have cups.
