The lady at the reception was really nice

The bathroom had an awful smell. Either the bed or sheets smelled like pee. Only one light bulb was working in the room. Someone was sleeping in the kitchen floor.

The location was great. It was closer to the Hotel I was attending the conference at.

I didn't shower for the two days I was there. More like I couldn't shower. The water was cold 24 hours. That's a deal breaker for me. Although I liked other things about the place, the cold water ruined everything.

Nothing was interesting

Too hot, air-conditioning not good enough

The lady at reception was friendly, and the location was very good. It is close to the CBD and in a safe area.

To start, one room was still not ready to be occupied at 18:00. There were no towels, the room had a funny smell and a stip of condoms next to your bed was not very pleasing, to be honest. The room had a boisterous Fan, but no aircon as indicated. The toilet lid was badly broken and there was no hot water in the shower, so I had to take a freezing shower.

Nothing, the place and staff is pathetic and the owner does not care at all about his customers

Bad, absolutely not what you expect from a guest house. My wife and I did not even sleep there for the 2 nights due to the unprofessional service. We phoned other guest houses not far away in the same price class and booked 2 nights with one of the guest houses and it was wonderful with professional service. I phoned the owner of Happy Guest house to refund my money, he refused to refund me and had a very unprofessional attitude towards a customer paying for "good" service.

1. They rent rooms out per hour 2. Half the stuff in room is broken 3. Curtain doesnt close entire window so you dont you privacy I cant upload all the pictures I took. I would rate below 1
