Lounge suite very uncomfortable.

Location is quite handy

The house looks bigger in photos than what it is. The driveway is narrow and too busy with neighbours parking in your spot all the time. The sofa in living room is broken and the worst ever in terms of comfort. Only one gas stove was working out of 4. We called the owner about it and he said he can't get anyone to fix it because of easter. Owner knows all these issues as pointed by reviews from last year too but doesn't care to fix. One of the bedroom doors upstairs didn't close properly and the heated towel rail in downstairs bathroom didn't work making it very hard to dry towels in the rainy weather over easter. The duvet inners were dirty with marks and didn't have a proper duvet cover rather a couple of sheets above and below it. The house location is quite handy but being close to a busy road it was noisy to leave windows open and without fans in upstair bedrooms it was quite hot and humid. The grass in backyard was upto knees looking very untidy. All in all a rather new house but with zero maintenance. Wouldn't stay again.

Location of the property was good. Only a 5 minute walk to a bus stop. Very spacious lounge area and bedrooms.

Two of the bedroom doors did not shut properly. The door hardware needs adjusting. The couches in the lounge were very uncomfortable. You felt like you were sitting on springs!! A very small dining table for a house that sleeps 10 people.

Great stay, big rooms, amazing shower. Loved how there was a code to unlock the door, so there was no need to worry about a key.

There wasn't much space for parking. It was also down a little driveway with like more than 10 other houses that shared that drive. Bins were filled when we arrived.

The house and location was perfect for our family. We fit our 3 vehicles in our parking allocated for the house. All 5 bedrooms were big. The 3 bathrooms were great. We used the washing/drying machine everyday. Wifi was great. Neighbours were friendly. We would stay again 🙂

Adding a few more mixing bowels, tongs, dinner plates for 10 people would be good. We took our own bowls, plates rubbish bags etc

There’s few bags of rubbish outside the property during arrival and a lot of fly outside and inside the house.

We were provided a code prior to arrival and was seamless with trying to have everything ready to go. We just done the code and wah-la we were in. Very easy!

Comfy beds. And the 3 bathrooms.

I recently stayed at this accommodation and was extremely disappointed. The place was dirty and lacked basic necessities—there were no instructions for the gas stove, washing machine, or any other appliances. We booked for 10 people, but were given only one towel each for two days and no extras like sheets or blankets. The couch was covered in dirty white marks that we cleaned off ourselves on arrival and was incredibly uncomfortable. Parking was a nightmare; despite booking for 10 people and having 3 cars, we often had to deal with inadequate parking spaces, and one day a neighbor even took our spot. The gas stove was broken, and despite informing the owner, no one came to fix it so we could not cook for our entire stay and had to use the microwave. Overall, the stay was far from acceptable for the price you pay.
