Hotel O Royal Residency

Rooms are not provided even after showing confirmation from booking.com

There is no hotel in that name there. I booked 2 rooms. Then it is like a mansion. I took another room in a decent hotel.

price charged Rs1500/-per day but as per booking it was 1258/-

Behaviour is not up to the level No Towel Not cleaned No Mirror no hot water provision to drink

Very bad. By the time we reached at around 11.pm the desk person informed that our booking is canceled. They have not informed us.it was told that I have been called. But I have not received any call. There was no direct contact details provided to us Later the desk person offered us different rooms with higher price.

We went to see the rooms Very poorly maintained property. Bed sheets were dirty Wall paint is scaled We find difficulty in locating the property

Charged 160rs more. Receptionist asking call and ask oyo people why more charge. Unexpected and paid more since we were in hurry

Staff working there didn't respond properly to any of our questions. I suspect something is wrong with the hotel. Like hidden camera inside the room. Rude behaviour from the staff in the reception. They compelled us to give good rating to the hotel. Families and couples please avoid booking this hotel.
