Very very disappointed with this residency

Very very worst service by the team , I have booked the rooms in online and When I went to the residency they charged me extra money, then I asked why , he is saying call customer service and tell the issue. The people on the front reception charged me extra .1500 rupees for 2rooms.

Friendly staffs.

Had to wait for a roomfor than an hr.they gave me a room with had no key/lock,no TV ,dirty bedsheet and blankets.no hot water flask or, tea coffee.utterly small room.bathroom looked horrible .and what was unbelievable is the rating booking.com gave it a 4star!!!!??

I hate it...Nothing to like about this stay

They gave old, stained and torn bedsheets and stained pillows only cover seems to be washed. When I asked for clean ones, they told it belongs to OYO property and that is the standard. I made a mistake to to book it by looking at the pictures in booking.com. Please remove these kind of properties from booking.com.

No clean sheets , no towels and property itself isn’t in a great condition!
