Harts Holiday Park Kent

Great location. Close to everything we wanted/needed. Club house was brilliant and great for the children.

When we arrived at our caravan it stank and needed a clean! So to not upset the kids we opened all windows (2 of which are broken) to air out and cleaned around. Furniture was broken (door frame hanging off). Then to have a strong smell coming from the boiler and no hot water!!! We attempted to contact owners but as the problem was fixed we packed up and left. We are now waiting a refund! This caravan is in no fit state for anybody.

the caravan was disgustingly dirty, didnt stay in the caravan ,would never rent of this person (van no a26) had to rent another van

Nothing the caravan was like awful uncomfortable things didn't work and certainly is nothing like the photos advertised

The beds was uncomfortable Linen was dirty Gas boiler very unsafe Sofa uncomfortable Cooker doesn't work unless u light it with a lighter Shower head comes off doesn't sit correctly The electric went on 2nd day There was no hot water on the first day Total waste of money Cuttery and plates was dirty had to buy extra forks and spoons knifes one of the pans didn't even have a handle and there was no oven trays no WiFi as advertised No router Called owner said he would call engineer to come out and he said was coming out the next morning waited in and no one turned up so wasted a day of our hoilday when the owner eventually came the next day all he did was looked and turned the Gas boiler up and showed him there was no WiFi router all he did was laugh and left totally unacceptable Photos provided off the boiler with exposed flames and significant burning on the exterior not safe when we had children staying at the accommodation definitely wouldn't pass a health and safety check if was carried out , we also see that this caravan was up for sale on your website the pictures provided on the advert compared to the caravan itself is not the same

Nothing do not book this caravan, it was disgustingly bad with a a smell I cannot even put in to words

It was dirty, the carpet smelled of bad bo and feet, the van was worn out the window would not open or then close stay away

The caravan was not clean and in good repair, even my dog didn’t want to stay there Two of the windows in the front room didn’t open and as it was a hot day, it was too hot to stay inside the caravan, the main door did not open easily and kept getting stuck and there was no catch to hold the door back when open while h was inconvenient due to hot weather

Close to the beach , easily accessible , The beds were cozy , had a good night sleep . Spacious to accomodate 4 -6 people

The heating was difficult to work out and we didn’t have any cold water in the bathroom. Some part of the furniture in the living room was coming apart , probably need maintenance. May be an air fresher whee switching between clients may help the immediate stuffy smell from the sofa fabric .. There were no bath and hand towels . The Tv could have been a smart TV and bigger instead of a 25-28 inch lcd.

More staff needed to run all the activities and cater for guests! Need security on doors as there’s lots of problems there! No shop on site! Food was terrible and cost a bomb! Swimming pool was gross! This holiday park really could do with some TLC
