Food could have been better.

The rooms are spacious and quiet - a good place to relax.

There were a few small things that soured our stay a little bit. After booking we were first told the confirmed room wasn't available anymore and we were asked to amend our booking. However that would have resulted in extra costs for us so we declined - and another room was found by the hotel. We also arranged for a pickup from the train station and were told this would be 30USD and payable by card. However once we got to the hotel we were told that there is an extra charge to pay by card so we ended up being charged 40USD. The breakfast is ok but you will get charged extra if you want a second coffee. Finally, on the day of the check-out we asked for a late check out (regular check out is at 10) and were told that a half late check out by 2pm is half the room price. However, the rate is calculated based on the current hotel rate room price rather than the booking.com rate. So we ended up paying 70USD for a 4 hours delayed check-out. I guess all of this could have been communicated a bit better instead of leaving a bit of a sour taste in our mouths.

The people - the staff here is excellent. They are all so friendly and engaging. I will recommend this place.

We were served cheerfully. The staff went over and above what we asked for. The breakfast was scrumptious, delicious, and well done. It had a good variety of everything you'd expect: fruits, meats, cereals, juices

The staff were great!

TV is outdated - no Netflix. Bathroom needs a ventilator to avoid moisture damage. Breakfast was the same everyday.

It’s quite and relaxing.
