Completely on point for the facilities that are so important to a good nights stay: Exceptionally comfy beds, peaceful venue and location, fully equipped quality furnishings and a luxurious shower!

Didn't realise accommodation was on such a steep hill so, although its very close to city centre, it made getting around a little challenging. Best for train/taxi passengers.

Beautiful well appointed, very clean rooms and comfortable beds. location was superb, easy reach of historic lincoln. the parking is well organised, although is steep, guidance given by staff to help guests negotiate this. having parking is an absolute bonus.

A warm welcome from the friendly staff. A clear explanation of how everything worked, breakfast times etc. Very quiet location but very close to the cathedral and castle area. Good size room and bathroom. A fan was provided in the room, also fresh water and a fridge. Continental breakfast with local produce was good.

Three different door codes instead of keys. Plenty of hanging space in the bathroom for towels but nowhere to put your spongebag.

Lovely, friendly guesthouse. Staff were extremely helpful and it was great to stay in a family run business. The location near the castle and cathedral plus some restaurants and pubs is excellent

Beautiful house with fabulous features. So convenient for getting to the cathedral and about a 12 min walk from the train station. We got a taxi from the train station when we arrived, but after that we walked everywhere from The Poplars. Really welcoming staff, Martin was so helpful and knowledgeable about Lincoln. Breakfast was perfect so much choice all fresh produce. Won’t hesitate to book again.
