Access to local amenities. Very good location.

The drive access to the premises. Will damage your under-tray (if not badly scrape the undercarriage, (happened to us - even though, was an MPV), if your vehicle is slightly lowered, you won't make it. I suggest, contact them prior to arrival, as best bet would be arrange street parking. Not ideal, but damage limitation.

"A great place to stay when visiting Lincoln cathedral and castle"

The location, near the top of the Steep Hill area, with car parking provided. Excellent breakfast.

No decaf tea in the bedroom. A wider bed would have been a bonus

Very pretty house ideally situated near centre of Lincoln. Nicely decorated bedroom, staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast pastries delicious and plentiful
