"Good."

Breakfast was very good. Very pleasant dining room. Good service. Very pleasant staff.

Access to the house up a very steep, narrow drive, but plenty of room to park. Pillows a bit lumpy.

"Nice clean room with lovely breakfast"

Rooms clean and had everything we needed. Nice views across Lincoln. Breakfast was lovely and service excellent.

We booked a twin room and the beds were very narrow. The room itself was clean although a little tired. We were on the top floor and you must be mobile to get up and down the stairs.

"Would stay again"

Very friendly helpful staff, coffee machine and decaf capsule in room as well as full was greatly appreciated.

I would prefer quieter calmer more neutral duvet covers, especially after a full on day. The Cherry room understandably had dark floral covers which some people would adore. Was a little surprised at the additional costs for many items on an ‘included breakfast’ though the omelette that i ordered which didnt attract any additional cost was perfect.

"A great place to stay"

The room was good with nice touches , like a coffee maker, selection of coffee, small fridge, bottle of water (filled each day) and TV Netflix.Each day a breakfast menu, catered for vegetarian was left for you to fill in.The parking is up a steep drive (, you are told this) my wife managed ok.The hotel is about 5 to 10 mins from the castle and cathedral (both fantastic) and 10 mins from Lincoln town centre, going either direction it is very steep, but worth the walk,I am 75 years old with the usual ailments, managed okay,my wife and I loved it here.. The staff are nice and friendly, another bonus.

"March weekend break in Lincoln"

Lovely old building, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good. Position was a four minute walk to the cathedral square.

Fantastic gluten free breakfast, staff go above and beyond. Will definitely stay again. Great location a short walk to everything.

Rooms need sound proofing from adjoining rooms, could hear all conversations etc!!! Toilet holder in a difficult to reach position. Took it off the holder.
